Installation of license fails: "License not installed. Machine-tied Device Specification license"
Description

When attempting to add a license to NetVault the following error is observed:
"License not installed. Machine-tied Device Specification license"
Cause

Either the wrong license number is being used or the license is being installed on a machine that the license is not associaed with.
Résolution

Confirm that the license number is correct with Licensing
Confirm that the machine ID of the machine is the one associated with the license.
