ExpertAssist component, Java Launcher now has the ability to install OpenJDK to use Java code to function properly. This is an option when Oracle Java SE Runtime is not available in current environment.
ExpertAssist version 8.7.0.48 and ahead includes the ability to install OpenJDK libraries to execute the Java Launcher, if Oracle Java SE Runtime is not available, if it is, then Java Launcher is installed and it will use the existing platform for Java.
If Java is not available a notification to download and install OpenJDK will be received while installing Java Launcher application.
Clicking OK will start the download and installation process, when it finishes the Java Launcher installation will continue.
