It has been reported that when clicking on attachment links from service desk tickets in Microsoft Edge a permission error prompts preventing the download of the file to complete.
This is caused by a setting in Microsoft Edge which will make the files to open in the browser instead of downloading to your device.
The following error is seeing in the "Server error" log:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Having that option off, the file should download by clicking on the link and the error should not appear.
