The following steps are troubleshooting process to validate the issue.
1) In APM dashboards doing tests for sniffer, archiver and capture group to verify the warning message is regarding connection between sniffer and archiver.
2) Double check the "Capture Nic" in archiver configuration to make sure eth1 is used.
3) Access the command consoles of both sniffer and archiver and enter the shell mode.
4) Run "ifconfig" command to validate the IP configurations
5) ping command is not working here but you could run "ethtool eth1" to check the NIC status. The link status no detected means there would be a network problem either in NIC, cable, or the switch port. We would recommand to check the cable and to reset switch ports associated with eth1 of both sniffer and archiver.
