Both Computer and User based management refresh timers are hardcoded to run every 60 minutes. The Computer based timer begins when the machine is restarted (or the CBM service is started). The User based refresh timer begins when the user runs the script at logon. The Refresh timing interval can be changed from the 60 minute default .
User Based Management
In order to change the refresh timer interval for user based management, set the following registry settings on the client machine:
32-bit OS:
HKLM\Software\ScriptLogic\
EnforceTimer (REG_DWORD) = 0
64-bit OS's:
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\ScriptLogic\
EnforceTimer (REG_DWORD) = 0
Note: Disable refresh by setting the interval to zero, otherwise the value will indicate the minutes for enforce (refresh) interval.
Computer Based Management
In order to change the refresh timer interval for Computer Based Management, set the following registry settings on the client machine:
Manually modifying the Registry
Load the Windows registry editor.

Right-click and select New > String value to add the new registry value to the key.
Provide the new value name as Event_Refresh_Time in DA 10, this value is called ConfigurationRefreshTimer
Double click the new Value name and enter in the new refresh timing interval. The value must be specified in milliseconds.
The default value for the Refresh interval is 3600000 which equals 1 hour.
