We are trying to start an initial sync for the wave below. The jobs within it have been Queued for over a few hours. Nothing is showing in the job logs.
The Azure Storage Explorer displays the following error when as requested Support take a look.
Unable to create new PowerShell session for BinaryTreePowerShellUser.x@tennant.onmicrosoft.com: [outlook.office365.com] Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message : Access is denied.Confirm this account is EXCLUDED from MFA and any other CA Policies
Confirm you have access to the source and target tenants
Confirm the target E type licenses are available.
Restart the P365 agents on the DCs
