An issue can arise where a device is unable to register with the ADPRO server and the error below is logged in the Agent log file.
Error: Unable to register device XXXXX on domain xxxxx.xxx
One or more errors occurred. An error occurred while sending the request. The remote name could not be resolved: 'xxxxx'
Remove the configuration to the Proxy/ISA server from the device. This can be found in the SavedLegacySettings RegKey under HKEY_USers\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrewntVersion\Internet Settings\Connections
