Loading a project file saved by ApexSQL Diff 2012 or previous version in ApexSQL Diff 2013 resets and blocks the Object filter and Schema mapping features (4211415)

Summary
This article explains what to do when you load the Project file created with ApexSQL Diff 2012 or previous versions in ApexSQL Diff 2013 and end up with reset and blocked Object filter and Schema mapping features

Symptoms
When user loads .axds project file created in ApexSQL Diff 2012 or an older ApexSQL Diff version, ApexSQL Diff 2013 will reset the Object filter and Schema mappings settings stored within the project file. Additionally, application will block any user attempt to make changes to the project

Background
The error doesn’t exist in any of the previous versions of ApexSQL Diff, but due to a bug in the affected version, use of the .asdx project files created in older ApexSQL Diff versions will cause this error and block the Object filter and Schema mapping features

Resolution
After repairing update server, the issue is no longer encountered when updating to ApexSQL Diff 2013.01.0286
