Clicking diagnose for an FxM application under the End User Overview dashboard, throws the following error:
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ulogin.php
There is an extra slash character '/' in the Web Console URL of the FxM agent properties.
Remove the extra slash in the URL - Administration | Agents | Agent Status | Edit private properties for the FxM Agent. The correct format for the Web Console URL should be as follows:
