The Foglight database delete its old data always at the end of the month. The purge can be resource intensive so it is scheduled to run only once. Data aggregation is happen every night.
Is there a way to force Foglight to delete database data earlier than end of the month?
WORKAROUND:
NOTE: The Off-Hours Database Maintenance schedule only applies if you have selected Purge from the Data Management Dashboard, then proceed with the scheduled task "Off-Hours Database Maintenance. Deletion is resource intensive, so it should be done only once a month. Change that behavior only in urgent circumstances . The Daily Database Maintenance schedule will provide the normal method of data reduction based on data retention policies.

FMS 5.7.5 and higher:
It could happen that the end of month database maintenance is missed due to a database repository problem. In that case you can set the maintenance activity via the attached trigger-metric-purge.groovy script.
