Error message "Can't map names to dispid:LogFilesPath HR: 0x80020006" in FTR 5.6.3 log (91790)

I installed FTR on a Windows 7 box and it appears to be running but no data is coming in. In addition I can't get to the Apache web service, even from the local box itself.

In the FTR log we see following errors.

When checking Foglight Transaction Recorder program, it is running 5.5.5

Deactivate the FTR agent and manually remove the existing Foglight Transaction Recorder and reinstall its 5.6.3 installer.
