Description
After upgrading Foglight Transaction Recorder (FTR) client recorder exe from 5.5.5 or 5.5.8.1 to 5.6.2, our scripts are not running.

Cause
Upgrading the Foglight Transaction Recorder from 5.5.5 or 5.5.8.1 to 5.6.2 does not register the ftr.agent.service correctly, resulting in Intelligent Agent display problems and scripts not running correctly. This is being tracked as defect EU-552

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Uninstall the old version of the Foglight Transaction Recorder and Transaction Player Agent, reboot the machine, and install the new version.STATUS
