Logged into FMS End User Overview Dashboard. I click on Intelligent Agent.Server Group Overview link and I expect the Intelligent Agent Dashboard to come up. The Intelligent Agent Navigation help documentation lists this as the method to access the Intelligent Agent Dashboard for FTR. I can access it by manually typing the url into my browser.
I would check if you have correctly configured the FTR agent property. ( see attachment which is what customer originally had his ftr agent settings )
'Base Agent URL' is where you need to configure your Intellegent Agent: the following are what i copied from the manual.
The root URL for the Intelligent Agent if installed with the Foglight Transaction Recorder binaries. Typically, it is in the format of http://machinename:port. The port is only necessary if the Intelligent Agent is configured to run on a port other than 80.
