Blackout out Agent will not collect data after the blackout schedule has expired. Blackout Manger proves the scheduled blackout has expired. Agent console does not show a blackout in place.
It is possible that (Deprecated) Blackout Manager was may have been used.
Please check the (Deprecated) Blackout Manager to see if there is a blackout schedule in place.
Administration| Agents| (Deprecated) Agent Blackout
If there is a schedule in place for that Agent, highlight that agent then click "Assign Blackout", then assign "No Schedule" in the schedule drop-down.
