FMS can't start after an upgrade to 5.5.8 (82303)

Upon upgrading the FMS to 5.5.8 the FMS can’t be started and the following message appear at the end of the management log:

Rename the msvcr71.dll to 'old. msvcr71.dll'

The dll file is not expected at this path and shouldn’t appear by default as it is not required for the startup.

The dll file in the 'bin' folder are required for the startup of the FMS , in case that the FMS has started after renaming the file name it is safe to delete it.
