Login to Foglight Admin Console with UserABC and missing Administration dashboards. Administration dashboards shown for other users.

Resolution
Foglight Admin Console | login as problematic user | click on Funnel Icon next to 'Dashboards' in Nav panel | either unselect all Foglight Roles (which says grant permissions to all roles) or select a role that this user has been given.
,Also make sure that all Dashboards are 'collapsed' by clicking on arrow next to word 'Dashboards' in Navigation panel.
