After instrumenting your server with the Java EE agent, an exception is thrown by a persistence framework when it attempts to persist an object. Some persistence frameworks attempt to map fields in the object to columns in a database. The Java EE agent can interfere with this process since it may add fields to some object types
RESOLUTION: Upgrade to the V5.8 (or higher) JavaEE cartridge. The V5.8 Java EE Agent is now compatible with libraries and frameworks that previously required SafeModeClasses definitions. You must be using FMS version 5.6.2 or later before you upgrade the Cartridge for Java EE Technologies to version 5.8.0.
WORKAROUND: If you can't upgrade the JavaEE cartridge to V5.8 (or higher) you can configure the Java EE agent to use an alternate method of instrumentation for classes that are mapped for persistence by a persistence framework. For those classes, specify the class name in the SafeModeClasses ClassList in the instrumentation.config property file.
SafeModeClasses = ClassList (
