Description
VMWare agent is unable to collect data after VSphere upgrade.
The collector service does not start and the collector .log displays the following error:

Cause
This issue occurs if there is a failure in the database upgrade process while upgrading from VirtualCenter 2.5.x to vCenter Server 4.0.x.
