DotNet Counters agent unable to collect data with Turkish regional characters
Description

After installation of DotNet Counters agent, data collection fails to collect counters data with the following ERROR:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MIN:SEC.367 ERROR [IncomingMessage[6]-1329] com.quest.glue.core.comms.handlers.AbstractAgentLockMessageHandler - An exception occurred while processing message com.quest.glue.messages.schema.v10.AgentPropertyChange_v10 for agent DotNET/5.9.7.1/DotNET/DotNET_Counters@hostname [id f20a161f-789f-40f8-b485-bdc85de05426]
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum const class com.quest.dotnet.agent.CollectorType.VOLATİLE
Cause

There is turkish regional settings on the .Net host.
Resolution

STATUS:
None
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to .Net Host | Quest Directory | Foglight Agent Manager | state | default | config
2. Open baseline.jvmargs.config file
3. Add the following lines to the file properly:
vmparameter.0 = "-Duser.language=en";
vmparameter.1 = "-Duser.country=US";
4.Save the file.
5. Restart Foglight Agent Manager services.
