Unwanted object keeps appearing in various dashboards - how to clean this out of Foglight?
An old Foglight Agent Manager host that was decommissioned a few weeks ago. The host is still appearing in various dashboards. The agents have been deleted for this host under the "Agent Status" dashboard and the Agent Manager is no longer starting up and connecting to the Foglight Management Server.
How to completely remove this host's data and its agents?

Resolution
If the historical data is no longer needed for this object, delete (not just purge) the object data via "Data Management" dashboard (there are several levels where the data needs to be deleted).
Just make sure that data for that deleted object does not come back into the Foglight Management Server again (ie old Agent Manager is started up and connects to the Foglight Management Server) and it will re-create the unwanted objects.
