Several users that have been given the Operator role. They have noted that on the Hosts dashboard they are getting error "not authorized to access view Group Toolbar"
login as 'foglight' to Admin Console | Configuration | Definitions | click on "All Definitions" | search Definitions - search term "Groups Toolbar" (note you must use the quotes " ")
click on the Groups Toolbar from the Module Services/Builder | click Edit (see screenshot1 attached) | for Relevant and Allowed Roles, select 'Advanced Operator' and 'Operator' (see screenshot2) | Save
