Foglight service cannot start and fails with the following error:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MIN:SEC:000 ERROR [native] (internal) Could not find or load class com/quest/common/log/LogCategory java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/quest/common/log/LogCategory
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.quest.common.log.LogCategory
1. Go to foglight "Quest_Software" directory | Foglight.
2. Make a backup of "lib" folder
3. Copy the "lib" folder from installed foglight of similar version.
4. Start foglight service.
