There are no traces collected for requests generated in the application servers.
1) Go to the "Custom application monitor" dashboard
2) Make sure application server is up and running
3) To collect a trace for login to application server.
a) Log in to application server and log out of the application server to generate a complete call
b) Take request name "GET /console/login/LoginForm.jsp"
c) Right click at "Actions" tab and select "Put Request Types"; enter "GET /console/login/LoginForm.jsp"
d) Now set the follwing parameters:
Number of Traces: 5
Collection Period: 600.0 seconds
Collection Level: Full detail
Collection SQL parameters: ON
Optional: Traces that match all of the following criteria
Check box "Collect all parameters"
4) Select "servers"
5) Select "Collect traces" and now wait for 5 minutes
6) Go to dashboard "Custom Applications | JAVAEE | Administration | Manage Trace Orders" and check at the request for which traces are being collected
7) Now click no "Refresh Requests" and the requests will be generated
