Description

Weblogic Application Server is failed to startup after instrumentation of JavaEE with the following error:
"The initial nursery size may not be larger than X percent of the initial heap size. Could not create the Java virtual machine".
Cause

Out of memory issue on Weblogic Application Server.
Resolution

STATUS:
None
WORKAROUND:
EITHER increase heap space on the Weblogic Application Server host OR,
set the Java Xms to lower value such as Xms = 1m
