Remote DOTNET agent is not collecting data
Description

Agent is not collecting data once DOTNET agent v5.9.2 is activated.

ERROR:
DotNET/5.9.2/DotNET/remote_DotNET_HOST-NAME> VERBOSE [IncomingMessage[3]-109] com.quest.dotnet.agent.DotNetAgentImpl - Data collection not starting unless deployment directory is set.
com.quest.dotnet.agent.DotNetAgentDefaultASPException: FailOnStartDataCollectionEmptyDeployDir
Cause

1. Deployment directory is missing or is not set correctly when preinstrumenting.
2. Agent Manager is not running.
3. DOTAGENT Manager is not running.
Resolution

1. Make sure that Agent Manager is running that is connected to upstream Foglight.
2. Check if DOTNET Manager is running.
