DOTNET counter and transaction agents installation and data collection failure (4352887)

Monitoring of .NET applications has failed when installing .NET transaction and performance counter agents. The .NET counters agent is installed and collecting data but failed to collect data after sometime. There are following ERRORs found when installing .NET transactions agent :
