Fglam keeps restarting when more than one DOTNET agent is running on the same host.
Following error is found in the DOTNET logs:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MIN:SEC ECHO <DotNET/5.9.3.1/DotNET/DotNET_Counters_HOST-agent> ERROR [AgentShutdown[20]-0] com.quest.dotnet.agent.DotNetAgentImpl - An unexpected error occurred which may cause undesired behavior.
