Overhead issues reported with Jboss-Tomcat setup
Description

There is a setup of JBoss - Tomcat environment where JBoss AS is working as the application layer and Tomcat AS is working as the web layer.
After upgrading JavaEE cartridge to version 5.9.X, application started to have an overhead issues. When the JavaEE agent was deactivated
the overhead was reduced to 1/5 times as compared to working with JavaEE.
Cause

Request calls a hibernate load function 15 times, each request takes around 1 sec.
Resolution

To remove Hibernate methods completely:
1. Go to Foglight | Application Servers Administration | Java Administration | Agent configuration tab | Edit instrumentation settings.
2. Comment out the entire hibernate custom component in the instrumentation.config.
3. Restart Jboss Application Server.
To remove some Hibernate methods:
1. Go to Foglight | Application Servers Administration | Java Administration | Agent configuration tab | Edit instrumentation settings.
2. Exclude those hibernate methods that are called the most in the instrumentation.config.
3. Restart Jboss Application Server.
Additional Information

Note: 1. Execution depends on the long calls takes place in the system. 2. Get JavaEE debug 2 logs that should explain/shows hibernate methods.
