The Archiver has not received hit data from sniffer
Description
APM does not get any hit/page search results. Capture group testing shows all green except the last warning saying archiver not receiving data in 5 min. The similar log entries below could be found in EndUser log and FMS log.

Cause
Username rule which references SiteMinder causes Archiver config download to fail, which has been identified as APMDATA-1675
Resolution
Bug ID APMDATA-1675 has been fixed and is included in the patch Foglight APM for Real User Experience (RUM) patch 5.9.3_20140715_61.
