Netstat Agent vanishes right after it gets created -
Description
When creating a a Netstat agent locally, the following errors occur:Error: Agent initialization failed: NetstatMonitoringAgent/agentname on hostname_fqdnProcess instance NetstatMonitoringAgent stopped with exit code 143.Some of the times during the numerous attempts to create the agent, it started collecting for a few seconds and then it vanished from the Agent Status dashboard. -
Cause
The Netstat agent is being terminated per the message in the log," Process instance NetstatMonitoringAgent stopped with exit code 143."Exit code 143 is a SIGTERM -or Signal 15. See Error code 143 on JVM exit and Additonal Information for more details.The FglAM support bundle in debug level 2 and the diagnostic snaphot revealed that an existing - zombie - NetstatMonitoringAgent process is not active on the same host, hence not deleted.

Resolution
Removing the zombie process helped in having the Netstat agent staying active and collecting metrics successfully.
