After disabled agent host, as a means of turning off collection temporarily,There are two error event logs for each app on their start.
Description

agenthost service is NOT running and IIS is NOT instrumented.
But seeing "Perfrormasure .Net Agent Callbacks” error is logged on a server on which Foglight is disabled.
Cause

DN-1335 is filed for this issue.
Resolution

Dotnet agent is firing error event or return profiler in fail status if the agent host is turned off on purpose.
The reason for logging in the event log is because the profiler and the agenthost are two different components.
There are cases the agent host is stopped unintentionally, and therefore this event is fired.
