Foglight Service Alarm count incorrect (4321088)

Multiple services have been created to customize and monitor alarms in a Foglight Federated environment. For this, the Aggregation Cartidge - this is a custom cartridge - has been used. The alarm counts on the top of the hierarchy are incorrect. All other alarm counts are accuretely reflecting in every dashboard and up to the services reporting to the top nodes.

One of the servers in the Federation had some filters that caused the issue.

Once the filters were disabled, the respective counters worked properly.
