FglAm fails to start with log error "NumberFormatException: For input string: "COPYRIGHT"  (4320750)

We had attempted to apply a JRE update by copying the 1.6.0.27 folder to our %FGLAM_HOME%\jre directory.
It now fails to start and reviewing the FglAm log in %FGLAM_HOME%\state\default\logs we see:
