Description
Some of host agents are not reporting into the FMS. These agents working previously. -
Cause
The corresponding FglAM is not reporting to the FMS. The FglAM service is running on the same FMS host server. -
Resolution
Few days earlier, the customer's IT department must have disabled non-secure http access. The FglAM running on the FMS server was setup to use HTTP. Changing the fglam.config to have the fglam use https instead of http resolved the issue.
