Problem with space in fglam path
It appears to be a known issue DN-322 which is fixed in 5.6.7 or later.
Unfortunately there is no workaround for their current version 5.6.6.
Either they have to install fglam in a directory without any space or they would have to upgrade to the new cartridge.
