DotNET Monitoring is not working

Applications are not appearing within Application Servers Monitor even though Requests are being logged and the agent appears to be functioning correctly.

or

DotNet Counter data is not showing up properly on the dashboard.

.NET counters agent is not functioning properly because IIS Management Scripts and Tools is not installed on the monitored IIS server.

DotNET_Counter agent log:
INFO [CollectorWorker-DotNET_Counters@xxx] com.quest.dotnet.agent.DotNetAgentImpl - Unable to establish WMI connection to IIS. To enable IIS monitoring, install the IIS Management Scripts and Tools component.

Please verify if IIS Management Scripts and Tools is installed. If IIS Management Scrips and Tools has been installed, then something would have been corrupt on this box resulting in the WMI provider not properly installed or not accessible. Attached a screenshot of what and where to look for to verify the IIS Management Scripts and Tools installation.

1. Go to Start -> AdministrativeTools -> Server Manager.
2. Click Add Role Services -> Select IIS Management Script and Tools and Click Install.
3. After installing IIS Management Script and Tools, perform an IIS restart/reset in the command prompt window.

For 5.9.x - Start Data collection manually by clicking the Counters agent and start data collection on the Application Servers Administration dashboard.
