Hotfix for Dotnet - 5.9.6.5 (4317554)

This patch addresses the following new issues:

• While restarting IIS apps (either scheduled recycle or random IISResets), the Foglight Agent Host process may crash, causing the agents to stop monitoring the apps.
• Under a 64-bit .NET runtime, an application method that has a floating point return type always returns a zero instead of the correct value.

Determining if This Patch Is Needed

• If you notice during IIS restarts that you lose Foglight monitoring for the .NET apps. Agent status will show not connected. Foglight Agent Host process may also crash with an exception logged at Error level in the System event logs.
• Under a 64-bit .NET runtime, if an application method that has a floating point return type that returns a zero instead of the correct value

Compatibility of This Patch

• Supported FMS: Same as 5.9.6
• Supported FglAM: Same as 5.9.6
• Upgrades supported from ApplicationServers-DotNET 5.9.4 or higher

• Same as 5.9.6

Installing This Patch

• A full blown cartridge, same steps as you normally would install/upgrade a DotNet cartridge
  • Agent needs to be upgraded as well

Removing This Patch

• Same as 5.9.6, though we dont support going back a version
