FTR page "can't be displayed" after clicking the Diagnose option
When navigating to End User Overview | Services | and clicking Diagnose, Foglight displays a "this site can't be reached"/"this page can't be displayed" message. The expected result is that a Foglight Transaction Recorder (FTR) page should be displayed.
