JBoss servers no collection of data after switching to TCP clustering.
Description
Originally in the cluster the communication between the nodes was through Muilticast UDP. After switching to TCP clustering, Foglight doesn't retrieve any data of JVM of the server etc.
The JBoss server starts correctly but with a warning message as below:

quest.pas.agentinfo.clustername=JEEBCN_Stage,com.quest.pas.agentinfo.JBoss.
partitionid=null]. Values must be available for both properties before this
JBoss server is considered a member of a JBoss Partition - partition can be
set in JBoss cluster-config or offered as a command line argument. This
warning is harmless if server is running stand-alone.
