Customer is not using the default "JavaEE" folder.Instead he has created a named folder "JavaEE_Test"
The FglAM fix(FAM-3921) is to exclude from purging the OOTB install directory for Java agent - which is "JavaEE" folder. Any other named folder (like JavaEE_Test you created) would be purged
1. Add the custom folder to the purge blackout list while starting fglam
./fglam -Dquest.glue.purgeblacklist="JavaEE_Test"
2. You also have the option of having a deployed dir *outside* of FglAM installation - say C:\Quest_Software\JavaEE_Test. This folder will not be purged by fglam.
3. Another option is to just keep the folder name to default "JavaEE"
