Clicking in the Health column does not pop up the Alarm Popup window (that makes the message available) as expected
Cause
In the Queues page, the Dwell action is configured, but the Selection action for the health column is not configured. This requires an easy WCF fix to set the popup to "Alarm List As Popup (TopologyObject)' from the System module Alarms".
In the Alarms page, the Cell Selection for the Health is configured to popup "TopologyObject aggregateState Summary" rather than "Alarm List As Popup (TopologyObject)' from the System module Alarms" as expected.
