Is there a way for custom alarms to be imported into the Global Administration list of alarms so that the DBAs configuring emails, etc. will see them and not have to use delivered alarms.
For example, if a customer copies “DBO – Tablespace Used Pct” is there are way that it can appear in the Global Admin alarms area?
Currently it's not possible to have custom alarms imported into the list of database alarms in the Global Administration area.
It's recommended that copies are made of rules and then those copies be edited while leaving the original intact. Upon upgrades the original rules will be overwritten and the copies will sustain the modifications.
