Customer is trying to use the database administration dashboard to set email notification settings for SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2 cartridges.
When going to to email notification settings and configure the setting it accepts the email address entered, however when customer goes back into the page there is no email address set.
Customer is unable to determine after the fact which rules/databases have which email addresses.
Not checking each specific alarm email settings for an updated email address is done by design.
It would take a great deal of time to check the current email notification settings for all of the agents/rules/severities and populate this window.
