The default max is 2048 bytes for fields, headers or cookies in hit details. But this can be lengthened by declaring it a “Large Hit Detail” through APM dashboard | Configure | Traffic Analysis | Advanced Options | Large Hit Details | click "Add" button.
You might also need to enlarge "Maximum Hit Detail Size" setting in "Traffic Analysis Options". The maximum value is 65,535 (bytes).
