FGLAM process running but the corresponding agents are grayed out in Agent Status. (4263031)

The Dashboard wasn't displaying the number count for SQL Server agents. Console signs indicated the FGLAM process down. Agent status showed the agents not running and no active buttons such as activate, deactivate and start data collections when clicking on the agent. The physical box signified the FGLAM process running.

Checked the specs on the system for memory and it has 8 gigs allocated totally. Checking Task Manager displayed memory usage teetering between 7.8 and 7.9 gigs. It seems the box is running out of memory. FMS is using close to 5 gigs of memory.

This is a single tier 64 bit configuration.

Add additional memory for the system. Refer to the System Requirements and Platform Support Guide for a Reference
