Nexus agent fails to start and is in rogue/broken state. Following is found in the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) logs:
VERBOSE [IncomingMessage[5]-26] com.quest.glue.core.comms.handlers.AbstractAgentLockMessageHandler - Could not acquire an Agent READ Lock from Nexus@hostname needed before we can process the com.quest.glue.messages.schema.v10.AgentPropertyChange_v10 message [msgId: ce1a3653-bfff-421a-b22d-a81cbac0da87]. Will re-attempt lock acquisition in 6,000ms.
The following was performed which seem to fix the issue (not officially tested but for one customer, it did fix the issue).
