ESX Host Total Command Latency alarm does not show the VM having performance problems. (4258904)

ESX Host has command latency(time taken during the collection interval process a SCSI command issued by the Guest OS to the virtual machine).

ESX hosts can have latency issues which is nothing but time taken during the collection interval to process a SCSI command issued by the Guest OS to the virtual machine and which exceeds the normal operating range.

The only way for now to fix this problem is to try to see the network bandwidth issues for a VM(on that ESX) having network issues which can give some hints to the VM having performance problems.
