When looking at the retention policy on the "Data Management" dashboard, all settings are lost. The following error is being displayed:
"For the value "Hourly Metric", no view is set"
All historical data is lost, only the last 3 days are available.
Product defect: APM-4886
It happens if the Applications-Operations cartridge was disabled and re-enabled. It will overwritte the exsisting retention policy.
WORKAROUND:
Please upgrade to version 5.9.4 of the Application Operations cartridge. The cartridge can be found here.
STATUS:
A change request has been created. CR number: APM-4886.
Issue is fixed in version 5.9.4 of the Application Operations cartridge.
