Error: "java.io.IOException: received foglight's Password: for prompt 0, expected Password:"

One particular agent is having some problems with credentials and the following error is seen:

java.io.IOException: received foglight's Password: for prompt 0, expected Password:

The above means that in the credential, the Challenge Response was set to "foglight's Password:" (without quotes).  However, the target system is expecting that the Challenge Response should be "Password:" (without quotes).

Ensure that the following is setup correctly:

 a. The credential type is correct for the target system
 b. Username and password is correct.  In some types, ensure domain or challenge response is correct.
 c. The resource mapping is correct.  The agent type and the hostname or IP address.
 d. Ensure that the lockbox has been released to the Agent Manager
 e. It is possible that there may already be an existing credential which has similar resource mapping.  In such cases, the relative order of the credential will be used.  Use the Credential Query to try to find out which credential will be used.
