FMS web UI hangs. This FMS has APM/EUM. Seems to crop up soon after we add additional IPs for the sniffer to monitor. When we restart the FMS, it runs ok for a while (an hour or a few hours) before it hangs again.
So looks like the defect APMDATA-547 discussed in KB 107874:

We are already on APM version 5.9.1, the version where this APMDATA-547 defect is said to be fixed. Errors in the FMS log regarding the error " java.lang.RuntimeException: Pool is blocked". Also we get "blocked thread" messages from the output files of one of the 'request-auto-thread-dump:' command. Also, the APMDATA-547 description almost exactly matches what is in the logs. Except that when we are having this problem, we can't do anything in the web UI at all, not just a lock-up of the APM submenu in the UI.
